I can hear a wreckers party anthem dying to get loose from this.
My first thought was what it would have sounded like in the early '90s if it were done by the Happy Mondays or perhaps even Renegade Soundwave!
Don't get pissed by that. They knew what they were doing and in the respect of lager fuelled manaical abandon, they hit the spot.
As it is though, the mix/feel/tempo sounds a bit flat. I don't know the answer. If I did, I would nick your song, make a fat load of money and retire.
The song has it all, shades of glam rock and early downtempo house beats and very, very British. I think it just needs some umph. You MUST persevere with this though Gavin, you're right on top of something here ;D

Nice riff dude ! Sounds good, agree that it is wanting some more oooomph along the way. I think I am wanting more bottom end bass as well, but that could just be my speakers and the beer talking Good stuff though

Even I liked it Gavin! I don't normally dig your shit (pardon the pun) :-) Do really like the guitar ;D I agree with Shaun, for me, I would replace the drums.

we get knocked down ,we get up again vibe. Potential to be an anthem I reckon but it needs some fairy dust on the mix

Was quite funny to read the Renegade Soundwave vibe as I work with one of the members of the band. Have a listen to my new music for free preview: www.simeoneuk.com

Good tune Maybe the 'flatness' is because everything seems to be mixed round the centre with not much stereo spread?
