R17 and 23 are part of a resistor network and are correct. There different because the high motherboard has considerably more pwm than the low mobo. Higher notes sound thinner so the idea being to thicken them up with more pwm. Pin 2 on the 3080's being bias ( throttle). Lower resistor= more bias= dukes of hazard for pwm
R18 and r24 are 51 and 510 on the circuit not 51k and 510k. That really would make it sound wierd.

Jordan knows what it means cos he's one of the in crowd like me. In essence for those slightly poly speak challenged the resistor values Jordan queried were correct and are different between high and low pulse width osc because the higher notes require more pulse width so the component values differ. In other words the lower value means the higher pulse width osc has it's foot more on the gas than the lower. Does that make sense or shall i draw pictures
