19 Kbps? You sure you could spare the bitrate? Sounded interesting (that Oddy of yours sounds the dogs), but painfully lo-fi.

Jordan, you are psychic ;D The main reason for posting this piece was cos i,ve just got a laptop running cubase le and iam having trouble exporting the audio from it(cubase) Anything above 19kbps and the "connection to the souncard is lost" ? So i used this to see if i could enhance it at all. It was going to be 1 of a few attempts(going up in bitrate all the time)but iam still stuck at 19kbps. :-[and it,s pissing me off. £1200 laptop,£350 interface, same shitty finish

TRY THISI still have a problem of when i connect the jack leads into the interface they create a buzzing sound(which can be heard in the first second or so)

TRY THISI still have a problem of when i connect the jack leads into the interface they create a buzzing sound(which can be heard in the first second or so) The buzzing sounds (and don't laugh) like interference from something like a wireless telephone. Have you got anything near your gear which could cause such interference? Like say, a dect phone, fridge, tube light or similar? I once spent bloody ages on forums trying to get rid of a buzz like that - I found out it was my dect phone sitting on top of the synth! Nice tune, by the way

Iam using the laptop at rehearsals and the buzzing is also on the outputs which backs up your interference theory ;D I,ll have to case it in a lead box
