Haven't they just ;D I still have windows 3.1 somewhere. Wasn't it all on five floppies with an MS DOS disc? That said, modern software is light years away now.

I just installed a Netware 6.5 Server. Anyone remember Netware? It was truly excellent. None of this stupid "Active Directory" shite. It actually worked. No Backup domain Controllers. Netware (with NDS) was a truly distributed system. Anyway, I just installed one as a virtual server, using VMware. So it'll sit there and do it's thing (mailing lists) until well after I'm dead. Unlike a Windoze Server. And it's running on DOS.

Somewhere around here, I have a stack of Finale floppies.
Also, in my desk is a 400K floppy containing Mac OS ONE. The entire OS, a few pieces of software, and ample file storage all fit on that one floppy!
