I remember from @ '88 onwards,i used to be bored shitless watching numan, quite often hoping the song he was playing was the last one! But apart from late '90s/early '00s when there was a serious sound issue, the last 4/5 years have been great live, the new "style" of music suits being played live much more than listening on cd. And yes,a 40+ fat balding man with tight black pants wearing a black numan t-shirt but with comfortable trainers and a waterproof jacket over the shoulder in case in gets a bit chilly on the way home is not a great look!

That explains a lot of '80s hairstyles. Probably had to have an army of fluffers for A Flock of Seagulls A Flock of Fluffers?

Yup can't wait for the Pleasure Principle tour next year, as the Pleasure Principle is my favourite Numan album. Thing is, I can't help thinking that Numan will probably use some shit sound to substitute the Polymoog's vox humana preset. So, the gigs could end up ruined by a crappy digital synth soundalike. im gonna stand in the front row, armed with my virus c/w my vox humana patch, and chuck it at him when he comes on, will that help.

Numan was on in Miserableborough last night with Ade doing his DJ set.
My girlfriend, a life long Numan fan met the great one for the first time. He was brilliant. Stopped and chatted, shook hands, hugged her and posed for photos. She has the PP album cover on her as here phone background and she showed him, made him laugh. Even at 330am he genuinly had time for fans, was in no hurry to get away and came across as a really nice guy.
Round of applause required. ;D ;D ;D
