I'm hoping the 'classics' will be left alone and not too modernised. I'm not really feeling the four on the floor revisits he's done, ie Overpass (OVERpass? What the hell's that about?)

Overpass was what Underpass was called originally. I like his new version s of old tracks. 20th century sounds amazing live.

Underpass was called Overpass originally? Never knew that.
I have a DVD of oneof the Expo gigs and 20th Century is about the best on it, I reckon.

I saw him at the Dome a couple of years back Andy when he supported Human League. Excellent show and i think as many turned up to see him as the main act.

I'd go as far as saying that Foxx is probably one of the very few artists who manages to IMPROVE a lot of his songs as time goes on. The new version of "Plaza" blew me away and the old "Exotour Burning" car is sublime.
He doesn't always pull it off but in the main...
I think the modern technofied versions just enhance the essence of what he actually started in the first place.

Overpass has now reverted back to Underpass, and Plaza was the highlight for me.

Nice pic. Being the excited schoolboy I am, I was actually going to ask if JF is generally up for autographs, etc? I was going to take a CD sleeve for him to sign. Does he like being approached?

John is a lovely bloke Andy. I've always found him more than happy to chat and sign. He's a real gentleman and a rarity these days in that he's genuinely interested and wants to hear what you have to say.
You definately should go and say hello ;D
