Was I the only one from here at the John Foxx Cargo gig last night? Couldn't see anyone familar other than the usual Foxx fans.I guess not being a weekend is tricky for travelling. It ended after 11pm.
His voice was back on form, and this time with 4 people on stage. Highlights were The Garden, Burning Car (slightly different), Young Savage, Underpass (as always). I'll put some clips up later on.

I was there with Shaun. Great night although the 'new' keyboard player seemed a bit unnecessary I thought, wasn't adding much to the show at all and had the stage presence of a flip-flop...

I did scan the crowd several times during the long wait but couldn't see him. Where were you 2 positioned? ( I was right up the front on the left in front of the flip flop man). The show was recorded, you may have noticed the 2 mics on stage for recording the crowd.

Thank you Joe... I've just had my birthday morning fag/coffee and just off for a drink with Mr Biriani. Birthday party starts tonight (although I've been partying since thursday in reality... since the Foxx gig). Yeah, certainly was at the Cargo show with our Lisa, Faylon & Matty Toffee. Great night, agree with Bern on all points. The man who dies every day was a big surprise although Louis was teasing us in the pub earlier hinting that there would be some real surprises. Had our own "aftershow" back at our "Beiruit" hotel after with much shenanigens until 6am. Anyhow, did I say I was off for a birthday lunchtime beer? I think I did... Tata until mondayish then

Where were you guys positioned? I'm sticking clips up on my youtube page at the moment. Not as prime position as before (I was right in front of the flip flop man's stand while trying to film over/beside the head of a swaying dancing geezer!) I got the 2 cds on sale, quite like the new tracks, hope it radically re-works some of the classics for a future cd though not for live use - the original arrangments on thracks like Burning Car work best live. www.youtube.com/tokyohunter
