I'll try and scan it in later, only a little piece but here is what they said (along with a pic of the site's main page).
"Run by an enthusiastic 80s synth music fan, although the many acts who have uploaded here cover a huge variety of electronic styles. Great site and not a big corporation in sight - it's all about the music and community"
