I do. I like it. It shares many elements of some old favorites of mine.
Is there any chance you'd share some details about the instrumentation?

I'd be happy to share some "behind the scenes" stuff. First of all, every sound (even the guitar) was programmed on the GMedia Oddity. The drums were played by hand, on my keyboard and then looped in Audacity. Interestingly enough, after hearing the finished product, Dave Spiers (CEO of GForce/GMedia) asked me to do a demo of Oddity with the expansion pack they'll be releasing for VSM soon. He says that they've sampled Vox Humana and that he wants the demo to be done in the style of Numan.
I'm excited!

Thanks for the info! That explains a lot. I'm still a neophyte, so I haven't used any of the high-dollar VSTi's. I haven't really been following the latest developments, and the ones I have heard haven't' really impressed me all that much. Some of the GForce product do sound pretty darn good though. If I'm forced to sell all of my hardware in the near future, perhaps some of these VSTi's will be worth looking into down the road. I'm still a bit old-fashioned. Maybe I'd be more comfortable buying virtual instruments when they start accepting virtual money! I'll be interested to hear what you come up with for the demo.

I really like that. Can you get someone to put a vocal over the top?
How did you touch base with Dave Spiers?

I had actually talked to the lovable Dave Spiers for technical support a long time ago. The other day I figured I'd just send in the song as a way of saying: Thanks for the products! To my complete surprise, Dave himself responded with a lot of feedback, especially liking the guitars (also Oddity) in the song. He's a good guy.... very affable. Thanks for listening!

Oh yeah, also my vocals SUCK ASS INVERSE. So, I don't think there is ANY chance of a vocal track.
