Just spotted this CR-68 for £400. Now, either I'm going mad (possible), or that's the kind of price a CR- 78 would fetch. Now bearing in mind that the 78 is programmable, and indeed, the dogs doodaas, and the 68, err isn't, I think this guy is trying it on. Roland CR-68Oh, and it's £399 BIN. No bids or offers. My guess is it doesn't sell..

Another thing often overlooked is it doesn't have the tambourine, guiro and most importantly the metallic beat sounds either. That's no "Astrodyne" clang I've got three CR-78's now and I've never paid more than £350 for any one of them. £200 would be a realistic price for a CR-68 (which is after all, more of a TR-66 than a CR-78).

i paid £225 for mine (5-6 years ago). £250 seemed to be the top price back then. Wouldn't even consider the 68 as Metallic Beat and Guiro are essential (although the programming was never really an issue as i don't have a WS-1).
