CHECK US OUTThe songs on there are all roughish demos recorded at mine with the singer and guitarist but without the drummer and bass player, but you'll still get the "feel"

I liked the first one (Vampire's Lament). It sounded really good in that unplugged minimal way. The other two definitely needed the rest of the band though as I got a bit bored and went off and defrosted my fridge

perhaps its just too different for me to get it right now but I still don't buy into the 80's goth vibe. What worked in your screamies incarnation was the juxtapositiion of Louises warm but often mournful voice and the dissonant melodies. The songs seemed to speak of real experience and as such supported your more extreme musical meanderings and your occasional dismissal of conventional song format.
Mind you I am no prophet of future musical trends I failed to predict the 80's segue song trend ( stars on 45 etc), boybands, girlbands and pop idols. I also thought hip hop would be dead in a year.

I love the deep emotion in all your observations joe #bow# Liquidscreamer is very much an ongoing project and being involved in the other things allows me to be even more electronic and experimental with louise. A couple of pics from last night: #pintslugger#

A difficult one to answer really,i felt really good and the sound was spot on thanks to you ;Dbut louise had some monitoring probs which, after looking at the video, made her shout through most of the songs rather than sing. I'm gonna upload a couple of vids asap.

Its kinda full on all the way through.Needs a bit of work mixing but its alright. We played this on saturday night(chapter ten)we used the triton backing cos the drummer was playing in nottingham with the seven seals. Because the guitar was so loud i put my headphones on so i could hear the beat, unfortunately i was the only one who could hear it and the result was keyboards, vocal, guitar and bass were all playing in different time!!!!!! That's 1 video that won't be on youtube
