I don't know if I love or hate this one. Some of your things are really instant for me but this isn't one of them. I know I don't like the guitars (that won't surprise you) but it's a very odd track. Could be my mood of course. I could hear this again on another day and feel totally different things from it. It won't surprise me one bit if I go nuts for it if the vibe and my mood coincide.
In-fact, I'll do just that and report back.

but it's a very odd track. I'm glad you said that shaun,if you remember the couple of other projects i'm involved with?well they are a bit more on the conventional side. So i thought this would give me a chance to go slightly more weird with louise A track which is less than 3 minutes long with the same 2 chords running right through it was,i feel,a good place to start

I wouldn't have said it evokes sadness in me, at least not on the now well validated "screamie" scale of glass half emptiness.
Nice to hear you trying new areas of sound development and the multi track harmonies.
I've got now't against guitar but the rythm guitar at the start seems a little sloppy to be honest.
What is the whispered voice saying ?

Thanks for another well validated vortex review joe It was a strange way of working even for my standards, first off i strummed the guitar to no paticular tempo just to get a feel of the tune. At this point i should have used a click to get a definite tempo but instead i added the cha cha-chas(which even at under 3 mins fairly takes the breath away) So now i've got an out of synch guitar playing along with an out of synch human beatbox, then everything was added on top of that #loon# The whispery bits say "no more"and change to "never"in the louder parts.
